Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using gopowerwellness.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Site is operated by Go Power, LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

What the Site Is

GoPowerWellness.com is a wellness blog. We publish educational content about bone health, fitness, longevity, nutrition, and related topics, and we publish information about the CHAMP Plan, a Section 125 wellness benefit product offered by Champion Health. The Site is informational. Nothing on the Site is a medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or personalized medical advice. See our separate Medical Disclaimer for more.

Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to submit any form on the Site. You may read the content at any age, but it's written with adults in mind.

Your Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. Specifically, you agree not to:

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) in a way that disrupts the Site or burdens its infrastructure beyond normal use

Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful material

Our Content

All articles, images, videos, branding, and other content on the Site are either owned by Go Power, LLC or licensed to us. You're welcome to read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content for personal or non-commercial educational use, with attribution. You may not republish our content in full, use it for commercial purposes, or strip out attribution without our written permission.

If you want to quote, excerpt, syndicate, or otherwise reuse our content in a meaningful way, just ask — we're usually happy to say yes.

Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the CHAMP Plan website and Champion Health. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. If you click a link that takes you away from our Site, the terms and policies of the new site will apply instead.

The CHAMP Plan

Information about the CHAMP Plan on the Site is provided as a general introduction. The CHAMP Plan is a product of Champion Health, not Go Power, LLC. Any decision to enroll in or implement the CHAMP Plan involves a separate agreement directly between you and Champion Health, and should be reviewed with your own CPA, attorney, or benefits advisor before proceeding. Limitation of Liability

If a court finds that this limitation is not enforceable in your situation, our total liability to you will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the updated Terms. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the current version.
